Joint-stock company “Astana-Zelenstroy” was founded after reorganization of public utility company according to the Decree of the Akimat of Astana № 3-1-480 п of 05 July 2005. The founder of the “Astana-Zelenstroy” JSC is the Akimat of Astana owning 100% shares of authorized capital. The main goal of the enterprise’s foundation is new construction and current maintenance of vegetation resources of Astana. For achievement of the tasks allotted there are two tree nurseries in the enterprise’s structure for growing nursery plants of arborous and shrubby types, dendrological garden for conducting phonological observations and introduction of hardy-shrub species and perennial plants, hothouse complex for flower seedlings growing, amenity planting and capital construction services, planting protection service, machine and tractor force in quantity of 205 units inclusive of special vehicles for amenity planting and capital construction. For amenity planting project design using landscape design method there was established a project and landscape workhouse in the enterprise’s structure since January 2004. At the current stage there conducted activities for amenity planting in the most active area of human activity – intended for building area. Thus at the present moment there established 66 parks, squares and avenues in the city including 34 objects built by the “Astana-Zelenstroy” JSC.

Asocolflores, The Association of Colombian Flower Exporters, represents those flower farmers who manage nearly 75% of Colombia’s total flower exports. In Colombia, it takes part in several business organizations in both public and private sectors. Internationally, Asocolflores is a member of the most important floriculture representative organizations. In each of theses, our Association promotes Colombian flowers competitiveness on worldwide markets. Colombia is the Latin America country that offers the greatest variety of flowers. We have a highly consolidated entrepreneurial hub of growers, suppliers and logistics, coupled with a strategic geographical location.
